Contextual menus

Aftertone has contextual menus on all three main screens. Press / on any selected item or right-click anywhere to open the menu. The menu is context-aware — it surfaces different options depending on where you are:

  • Inbox and sidebar — plan, schedule, edit, assign project or tag, reorder, duplicate, and delete

  • Calendar — Copy, Cut, Paste, Split, and edit block details. Split divides the task block into two separate blocks at the point you click.

  • Focus screen — complete, complete now, extend, shorten, add subtask, take a break, edit, and delete
